The Story Behind the Build
This high-end interior transformation of a 3BHK apartment in Anna Nagar showcases what happens when art meets engineering. Every element — from the custom walnut cabinetry to the backlit onyx feature wall — was designed to create a cohesive narrative of understated luxury. The project reimagined a standard urban apartment into a bespoke living experience that feels like a five-star residence.
Client Requirement
A young professional couple wanted a contemporary, magazine-worthy interior with custom millwork, concealed storage, a gourmet kitchen island, and a spa-inspired master bathroom — all within a 12-week timeline.
Challenges Faced
Working within an existing structure meant no walls could be removed without structural assessment. The 1,800 sq.ft space needed to feel twice its size, requiring creative use of mirrors, lighting, and spatial planning.
The Outcome
Completed within 11 weeks — one week early. The apartment was featured in a leading Tamil lifestyle magazine as one of Chennai's standout residential interiors of 2024. The clients later commissioned us for their second property.
