    Client Requirement

    A SaaS startup needed a workspace for 60 employees with hot desks, 4 meeting rooms, a town-hall space, a wellness room, a pantry with barista counter, and server room — all delivered within a tight 8-week timeline and ₹45 lakh budget.

    Challenges Faced

    The bare-shell space had no raised flooring, minimal floor-to-ceiling height (10 ft), and required extensive electrical upgrades. Achieving acoustic separation between the open office and meeting rooms within the budget was a key challenge.
