    Positioned on Tiruchirappalli's Central Bus Stand Road, this retail mall complex was engineered for high footfall and premium brand experiences. The double-height atrium entrance, glass elevator shafts, and open escalator wells create a sense of grandeur that matches the city's most ambitious retail destinations. With a mix of anchor stores, boutiques, a food court, and a multiplex, the mall is designed to be a complete lifestyle destination.

    Client Requirement

    A real estate developer required a multi-use retail complex with 80+ retail units, a 4-screen multiplex, 500-car basement parking, and a 200-seat food court. The design had to maximise leasable area while maintaining premium aesthetics.

    Challenges Faced

    The dense urban site with adjacent transport infrastructure required underpinning and careful vibration monitoring during construction. Deep basement excavation in water-logged soil demanded continuous dewatering over 4 months.

    The Outcome

    Completed on schedule despite the complex urban context. Achieved 95% pre-leasing before handover. The mall's distinctive glass-and-stone facade has become a new landmark in central Tiruchirappalli.
